Pick-up

The option for pick-up is only available if previously discussed with the She Makes team. To pick-up, you will have to obtain the discount code from the She Makes team.

Delivery

Processing time

All items are handmade to order. Because of this, please allow up to 14 days processing time on top of the shipping estimates.  

Prices through Australia Post

Please check the Australia Post links below for all detailed shipping prices. All packages fit up to 500g. To reduce waste and in an effort to be more sustainable, you may receive a recycled box.  

Estimated delivery times

  • Standard shipping within Australia: 1-2 weeks
  • Express Shipping within Australia: 2-3 business days.
  • International: 2-4 weeks

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund policy

In instances where the product arrives damaged or is significantly unlike it’s display picture, I will happily refund you the cost of the item. In order to adequately assess refunds, our customer service team will require pictures and evidence of the product faults.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

PLEASE NOTE: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
